The Loft

This exquisite 2-bedroom apartment has been meticulously redesigned as a bachelor pad for our client. The project involved a complete interior renovation, centered around the client's vision of a minimal, uncluttered, and spacious living environment.

We began by replacing the existing tiles with sophisticated microcement flooring and opted for walls featuring shadow gaps instead of traditional skirting. The previous relationship between the kitchen cabinets and ceiling was reimagined; we introduced a drop-down ceiling with sleek curves and integrated cove lighting, cleverly concealing linear AC vents while enhancing the overall character of the space. Staying true to a minimalist aesthetic, we created a cohesive palette of colors and textures throughout the apartment. Acknowledging the client's love for reading, we incorporated multiple shelving units into various niches and nooks.

The master bedroom showcases carefully selected furniture that unifies the space, while the bathroom features a microcement finish and a thoughtfully designed wash basin, complemented by striking black metal accents. In the second room, dedicated to wardrobe storage, we ingeniously concealed a sleek pull-down Murphy bed behind wallpapered shutters, allowing for effortless transformation into a guest room when needed. This project represents the epitome of a modern bachelor pad, beautifully adorned in white and furnished with iconic pieces, highlighting exceptional architectural details.
