Situated in the vibrant heart of Dubai, this exquisite 2-bedroom apartment serves as both a luxurious residence and a vacation home for our clients. This renovation project is among our favorites, reflecting the clients' desire for clean, minimalistic, and spacious living areas suitable for hosting guests.

Our design approach focused on maximizing the stunning golf course views while creating an open and inviting atmosphere. We transformed the previously enclosed kitchen into a modern open layout featuring an island that doubles as a breakfast counter. A distinctive curved drop ceiling adds a unique architectural touch to the space.

The living and dining areas are elegantly designed with warm oak tones and soft cream shades, while wooden chevron flooring and light cream tiles—separated by a refined brass trim—visually delineate these spaces. The guest bedroom is cleverly adapted to serve as a children's playroom during the day and a guest room at night, featuring a Murphy bed concealed behind classic English shutters in light cream.

The master bathroom is a testament to sophistication, adorned with textured tiles and ribbed slabs that capture the essence of the client's vision. Overall, the apartment is harmoniously wrapped in soothing hues of white, cream, and beige, beautifully complemented by rich oak accents and intricate brass and fluted glass details.
